Media Literacy + Informational Writing is a 4-week, self-paced, family-guided course where students learn to tell the difference between facts and opinions, spot online “red flags,” check whether a source is credible, take clean research notes, and turn real information into clear informational writing. By the end, students will publish a 1–2 page informational piece with headings and evidence, plus a simple “Source Check” page showing where their facts came from.
